TARTAR SAUCE
· mayonaise
· sweet relish
· lemon juice
· lemon pepper or garlic salt or such
· pepper
(I hear it is better with both lemon juice and vinegar, but I haven't yet tried it.)
Sorry, I don't have the proportions, but if you experiment with these, you can make some great tartar sauce. I'm sure dill relish would work as well, but it's usually more expensive, and I haven't tried it. If you don't add relish it tastes like a mix between tartar sauce and Caesar dressing.
