This is an authentic Bulgarian cold soup. It is very popular in the country. It is very easy to prepare and is best to eat in the summer or spring.
Ingredients:
1-2 fresh cucumbers
4-5 tablespoons oil (you can put fewer depending on your taste)
7-8 garlic cloves
500 grams yoghurt
70 grams walnuts
1 teaspoon salt
dill
Mix well the yoghurt with the oil. Add the finely chopped walnuts and garlic, the salt and the chopped cucumbers. Mix everything and add 2-3 tea cups of water to thin out the mixture. Spinkle with dill on top.
