What can you do about if elected about the amount of TRC being hired to be the Primary carrier on routes without an RCA assigned to the route. I have been told that a TRC can hold the Primary slot for any / any number of routes that does not have a RCA assigned to it. This underminds the RCA's ability to work on a regular basis, RCA matrix is going to be a joke. The PO is taking away an RCA's seniority rights! TRC will be schedule to work before an RCA! And what do you feel you can do about HCR routes?
