I was hoping to make a new Plone 3.3 release candidate release today,
but unfortunately there are still 6 open blocker bugs for Plone 3.3:

sites when upgrading.

http://dev.plone.org/old/plone/ticket/92404 week old bug: Kupu no longer works with AJAX. Might be fixed in
subversion already, but needs some positive test feedback and a new release.
9266 -
http://dev.plone.org/old/plone/ticket/9266Captioning no longer works in Kupu. Has not gotten any attention since
it was reported three weeks ago.
7794 -
http://dev.plone.org/old/plone/ticket/7794Content based language negotation does not work with virtual hosting.
Release critical since the feature is new to Plone 3.3. A record holding
blocker bug: it was reported 17 months ago.

can probably be closed by now?

None of these should be terribly hard to fix by the collective force
that is the Plone developer community. I am hoping that *you* can help
fix all these six before the end of this week so I can proceed to
release what will hopefully be the final release candidate.
