If a RCA converts to a regular carrier and they were being paid as schedule 2 do they still start at Step A?  I thought my friend, who was also schedule 2, told me when she converted 4 years ago she started at Step C.

Never mind, I found the answer in our contract.  It should be Step C.

   if you are a schedule 2,  how long have you been waiting for a job?

19 years.  Should have converted in November (after 18 1/2 years) but the day before I was to start the PM called and told me they were holding the route because of the FSS Flats MOU.
