Step 3 fail

I have just over 3000 addresses, actually just postcodes that i would like to have mapped. I get to step 3 and every couple of minutes click the Check Again button to see progress. When I get to the last couple of hundred I click Check Again and it throws me out and back to the front screen again .

In other words I can not get Step 3 to complete.

Any ideas would be welcome

Hi Stewart.  We have done some testing and see that there is a problem.  However, we do not yet have a root cause.  Research will continue and we will let you know as soon as we identify a solution.  Thank you for your patience.
