My neighbour came round with this yesterday. She has just become the regional coordinator for the north west but this scheme runs around the country. It is called Sportability- taking the dis out of disability. they run activity days free of charge for the disabled and guess what fibromyalgia comes under their remit. if you want to look at their website please go to www.sportability.org.uk
It is a charity that organises all sorts of sports for the disabled and their families although there is a charge for your family.
I am going on Friday to have a look at Archery, Quad Biking and Rifle Shooting so I will let you know how it goes. It does look good so if you have a look at the website then please spread the word.
