I added preliminary support for decompressing the SoundFont that comes
with Windows (2gmgsmt.sf2) and moving it to the MuseScore folder for
use. I ending up using 7-Zip since that was the only way I could get
inside the .cab file from the command line. If anyone knows how to do
this without external dependences let me know (or take a look at
"mscore/packaging/NSIS.template.in", line 718).

Even if we do end up adding 7-Zip to the Windows installer it is fairly
small (compared to the size of a SoundFont) so I think it is worth it.

If you want to experiment with r.1779 you must have 7-Zip already
installed and added the system path. For now the SoundFont is copied to
"Program Files/MuseScore 0.9/bin". I will work more on this over the
next few days.

On my vista Family premium French, there is not such a driver.cab
file... So we may need to download it ?
