SimpleFeatureType deprecation

As a follow-up note. The org.geotools.feature.SimpleFeatureType class is
deprecated, and the deprecation note points back to the same class.

What's wrong, the deprecation note (so it's not deprecated) or only the link?

Please use org.opengis.feature.SimpleFeatureType.

I will remove the other one from trunk now so it does not continue to
confuse people!
