I want to show a page with "whats going on"
Every week is excactly the same (like a timetable in school, monday
09 english, monday 11.00 something else)

Is there a product I could use for this, or should I construct the
the whole thing as a table... in kupu.....
... I am a bit worried that if someone (else) shalll edit it, the
will mess up the table, like deleting a cell)

I would assume that you have heard of p4a.plonecalendar.
As a goodie: use vs.event in combination w/ p4a.plonecalendar.
