Setting for Time

I'm using Plone 3.2.2, (CMF 2.1.2 and Zope 2.10.7) running on a Windows server. When the time changed to Daylight Savings Time, it is not reflected in Plone when posting or modifying a document. It is one-hour ahead. How can I set or change the time that displays? The server was checked and has the correct time. I'm new at this the person that set up the site is no longer available. Any help appreciated.
