ServiceMix JBI -> NetBeans OpenESB?

Hi guys,

I've picked up a project that needs to import some JBI components that  
were developed using ServiceMix about three years ago. I need to bring  
these into to a modern GlassFish environment. So far, it's not very  
clear what or how I should do it. Any tips or pointers?

My worst case scenario is to wrap the JBI component call in a POJO  
class to see if that will at least get the gears spinning again.

I want to know somthing about SNMP binding component.

Is this BC usable, even with his limited features?
Is there someone working on it?
Where is the source code for this project, for eventually trying to make
fixes or implementations by myself?

Hi Cristiano,

We haven't worked on the SNMPBC for a while, and unless there's a strong
demand for it, there are currently no plans to commit a lot of engineering
effort to it. I believe the BC is in a shape where it can be used to see how
it works. You can find the source code in the Open-JBI-Components CVS
repository.

You can find the source code for SNMPBC if you check-out the source code
for Open JBI Components here:

   
https://open-jbi-components.dev.java.net/source/browse/open-jbi-components/

SNMPBC source is located in the subdirectory:

    open-jbi-components\ojc-core\snmpbc

Under this directory, you can also find some end-to-end projects as well.

I don't think there is currently anyone actively working on it.
