September mail count?

Most people I've talked to think we will have a mandatory September count. When will we find out? Do they have to give 30 days notice? So August 15th?

If you dont get an official count sheet date stamped for any count 30 days in advance, you can file a grievence and there is no count, any count!

The USPS has to provide notice 30 days prior and if they, it will be a national count with ALL routes being counted.

According to National,

Hot off the press, there will be no national special mailcount in September. The only routes to be counted will be the ones which qualify according to article 9.2.C.11.

So.... If you happen to qualify IAW article 9.2.C.11 for a mail count, do they still provide a 30 day notice? We recently went under DPS. Not sure if we would qualify under article 9.2.C.11 for a count but we haven't been given an official notice of a count either.

*edit* never mind. we're counting.
