Senority

 Route 4 and route 5 does NOT have subs. Route 3 and Route 2 have subs. Route 2 sub only knows route 2. Route 3  sub knows all the routes. Route 4 is the Senior carrier. Route 4  wants off on Nov. 12 and route 5 wants off that day also. We have a sub from another Post Office helping on Route 4 and 5. Who gets that day off ? Thanks.

both of them there are 2 subs , doesnt matter if the one sub only know s one route , they cant deny annual leave if their is a sub sitting at home they can also give the other sub aux assistance from the sub that know s the route as long as they dont work over 12 hr s
