 Good old Johnny Depp, he never lets you down. No matter the genre, no matter the part, he's at the heart of every movie he makes and always manages to elevate the material, even if it's already great. Secret Window is no exception, an eerie chiller from Stir of Echoes writer/director David Koepp. Depp plays an author accused of plagiarism by a decidedly freaky John Turturro, whose terror campaign against our hero provides more than a couple of shocks. Set in a remote lake house where danger lurks in every shadow, Secret Window is a clever and suspenseful film full of frights and other surprises. Boo!
