Schema::Loader support for MSSQL through DBD::ODBC

Support for dumping MSSQL schemas via a DBD::ODBC connection has been
added to the current branch of Schema::Loader, you can try it out from:

svn co http://dev.catalyst.perl.org/repos/bast/branches/DBIx-Class-Schema-Loader/current/ sl
