Sat. Or Mon. Beginners Sessions...anyone?

We should plan a beginner session ride, c-mon guys represent SJFixed! I'll be out there this Saturday. I'm stoked...the results finally came in...came in Second that Tuesday night, though I did lose to a girl...who was pretty fast. More races to come soon as I get comfortable on the track. Waymond I get to try out those tires finally, I still owe you the $10, next time fo sho! I'll see you out there Matt.

Nice job on the 2nd place!  Starla is pretty damn strong.  What are the monday sessions like?  Are they more low-key than the saturday sessions??

Can't make it for the beginner sesh, but i'm down for monday or tuesday night. I'm not much of a sprinter.

Don't even worry about it, it's not hard to ride the track.
just be cautious and pay attention and don't overlap your wheel and you'll be fine

I'm soo down to do a monday night beginners session....but my freaking drops are 42cm! need new ones! anyone have some b123 or b125s that they wanna get rid of?????

yo thyna-mao, u can just drop that $10 off whenever you get the chance, no worries. How are the tires holding up? I hope they're good enough to be on the track!

OK, so I'm still planning to race in the Tournament tomorrow night. Anyone else up for it. Don't be scared y'all it should be fun, if you guys can bomb down the underpass you can sprint. I'm no faster than anyone here on the forum. Chris hope you can make this one.

I went to the sat beg session. It was a lot of fun! I can;t wait to finish up these sessions so I can start racing. Does anyone know if you need to bring a release form every time, or just your first time on the track?

I believe you only need to sign the release once a year.  I'm not sure if that year starts in january or it's a full year from when you sign it.

Anyone down for this saturday's beginner session?  I believe Terry Shaw may be running this session, which means lots of track time and mock races.  Since it's a long weekend, I'm thinking there won't be that many people there, so that means even MORE track time!

Terry Shaw is a prick, I don't enjoy his sessions at all, he talks too much, haha!

Dude if Terry is the instructor, be sure to wear jeans out there. Pro-tec helmets are a plus too. You'll automatically get on his good side.
