Sanity Check setenvironment.bat

Hi,

Before this is a trac ticket can someone confirm that there was a bit too much copy-and-paste in setenvironment.bat

It looks (to me) like the rev#4654 has a type on the FDOGDAL v FDOORACLE env vars on line 77 ??
