NIST published an updated version of the SCAP Validation Program Test
Requirements for comment yesterday. NIST has started to take this
document through the process of creating an NIST Interagency Report
(NISTIR-7511). The document is posted on the draft publication page

I believe that there have been only minor edits since this document was
last distributed in May. These requirements will be used in the OVAL
Validation program that NIST runs so let's all make sure we are
comfortable with them. Please take a few moments to review this updated
document paying special attention to the OVAL related components of the
document. When submitting comments please make sure to include this
list and the email address listed on NIST's draft publication page.
