Request for main SVN write access

Dear GRASS Project Steering Committee,
i would like to request main SVN write access to:
* commit major changes to the gpde and gmath libraries and the groundwater flow modules r.gwflow and r3.gwflow
* add a new mathematical library (ccmath)
* maintain the gpde, gmath libraries, the groundwater flow modules, the raster3d and r/v/r3.out.vtk modules ...

I have read and abide by the legal aspects of code contributions as detailed in RFC2.
