Request for commit access to SVN

Hello all,

my name is Maris Nartiss (Māris Nartišs) and I'm form Latvia. For some
time I have helped to fix various small issues with GRASS tcl/tk GUI
(welcome screen, gis.m, nviz, lib/gtcltk). Giving small patches to
other developers to commit (thankyou Michael, Markus) takes time,
using trac for small issues is a bit overkill. I also worked on GRASS
UI Latvian translation (together with Peteris Bruns) and thus may
update it in future.

To speed up my abilities to help GRASS, I would like to get SVN write access.
I have read RFC2.
My OSGEO id is "marisn" [1].

Thankyou,
Maris Nartiss.

I strongly support the request: +1 to grant Maris SVN write access.

Do you agree to abide by RFC2? You need to explicitly state that :)

Best,
Markus

Online dictionary that I use give strange translation to "abide" ==
"suffer" but I'm ready to this.

I, Maris Nartiss, here explicitly state that I have read the document
"Legal aspects of code contributions" (RFC2) [1] and I will follow
it's rules and guidelines. I'm also ready to suffer by RFC2, if it
will be required.

I hope now it's OK,
Maris Nartiss.

Dear PSC-members, Maris,

I declare the motion as passed with support from
Scott, Hamish, Michael, Massimiliano, Dylan, Maciej and me.

Congrats, Maris and welcome!

I have activated the osgeoid "marisn".

Happy hacking,
Markus
