YOUR IDEA OR CHANGE I suggested this during the last bylaws change.
I want the union to propose that all routes relief days including routes with "J" day status
be awarded according to senority.
WHY DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT
What good is senority if it counts for very little or nothing? If you were a 30 yr carrier and were a k route a regular carrier or 2 months with a J status can take your saturday if subs are not available. Now how much sense does this make?
