Release 2.5.6 uploaded. Announcement and blog?

Hi all,
I uploaded the artifacts to sourceforge and
deployed to the OSGEO repo.

Now, the announcement are missing.

I was thinking to send a mail somewhat based on the
SF release notes. I did not follow the usual template
suggested in the release guide to make it a little
more colorful and interesting:

-------------------------------------------------

Thank you for downloading GeoTools 2.5.6. This release was created on:
June 9, 2009

This release highlights include:
- a new dynamic symbolizers module able to render charts on top of a map
leveraging Eastwood charts and a Google Charts like API
- a new datastore wrapper that can leverage vector pyramids for faster
data delivery when reduced resolution is just as good (like in the
rendering case)
- new hints to control the generalization and simplications mechanisms
(at the moment, they are used by the above datastore only, and by DB2-NG
if you care to compile everything from sources)
- a number of SDE related improvements, especially in the handling of
raster data and performance departments.
- a number of other fixes and improvements. See the full changelog for
details

-------------------------------------------------

Anyone interested in pimping this up and making the blog post?
For dynamic symbolizers and charts you can refer people to these
blog posts:

Cheers
Andrea

Btw, if you wonder why JNDI support is not in the announcement, it's
becase the release does not contain unsupported modules (almost),
so jdbc-ng is not part of the downloads

Cheers
