Relationship between EFAC/Ridley and Masg

Very slick site, I like the info on the Anglican 'realignment.'  

I'm wondering though what is the relationship if any between EFAC/Ridley and Masg?

Although we're very positive about both Ridley Melb and EFAC and want to see them as strong and healthy as possible, masg isn't formally related to either.
