Regarding JIRA # OPENJPA-944

Hi,
 While going through this issue What I found that the affected versions for this issue is not 1.2.1 and a patch has been attached for the same. Also the patch contains all the three classes which are part of src/test folder. How is this fixing the original problem though the issue is in open state?
