Hi CSS-ers:

In the midst of everyone's hard work on issues both local and global, I invite you all to watch some inspiring and thought-provoking films on citizen activism and positive change. I've hand-selected a wonderful program that highlights water and energy issues around the world and the ways in which everyday people--boaters, cyclists, kayakers, activists--are trying to transform our present paradigm.

Red Rock Forests is hosting this event, and I encourage you to use this as a chance to learn more about what we are doing about these issues locally, how that fits into a much broader picture, and how you can help further the goals of Red Rock Forests, be it through membership, through volunteerism, or any number of ways.

Tonight at Star Hall at 6 pm! Doors open at 5:30, concessions available from Wicked Brew, and the first 25 people through the door get a lovely aluminum Red Rock Forests water bottle! There will also be a raffle at intermission (included with the price of the ticket) and some freebies from our national sponsors. Tickets are $10 at the door ($5 for children 12 and under).

Hope to see you all there!
-Josie
