Red Lights

Be it resolved, that every rural carrier shall receive a time credit of 2 minutes for every red light, round trip, that is on the carriers line of travel.

I believe this would be hard to calculate since who would be the one to say you had a red light.  I dont believe management is going to take a carriers word on this.  Also, I believe the red light would have to be timed to make sure the light is red for 2 minutes.  Not all red lights are 2 minutes.  I have a red light when I leave the post office that is longer than 2 minutes and I have some lights that are less than 2 minutes.  This resolution is a neat idea, but will never happen.
