  I am very interested in translations for grass.I am from china,and there are not many people know grass(though it is such a exicting software).So I want to help grass in chiese.Now I want to know how I can join you,and how I can begin to translate something.

You are welcome to the group.
You can find all the information here:
http://grass.itc.it/devel/i18n.php
As there's no one currently tranlating into Chinese, you just have to
download grass*_ch.po files from cvs and start translating using kbabel
or similar program.

The files are actually the grass*_zh.po files:
