I prefer Yahoo -- not that I particularly like Yahoo, but what I don't
like is a forum that tries to "folder-ize" all the replies by subject
line "topic".
I would rather just keep all the postings of interest to me in my single
local email "VTPO" folder and search it, when necessary, with my
Thunderbird built-in search tool.
I have a hard time finding anything by forum "Topics", because, true to
human nature, people are not very disciplined when it comes to
discussing only the subject matter appearing in the Subject/Topic line.
Also, when working with posts that have been emailed to one's email
account, that Nabble business of having to reply to a post by sending
the response to a predefined target Nabble email address tailored to
yourself, rather than simply replying to the emailed posting directly,
is somewhat annoying.
