* I found a couple errors in the pay calculations for 44H,47K & 48K.I've corrected them.
* Fixed error on USPS provided vehicle for routes with less than 22.22 miles.
* Protected cells so formulas can't be accidentally deleted/changed. ( Password is " rural" for those who want to experiment)
* On the Excel Calcs.- Removed text in Locked Pouch on Eval. Page ( Evaluation should now compute)
* On Excel Calcs. Widened Office and Route Time cells so ##### doesn't appear
* Weekly  Calcs. ( Short )- Missing formula on line 21 cell G30- Fixed
* Posted an " Easier " Version
* Weekly Calc.- Enter # days instead of weeks
* All Calcs.  - Enter regular boxes only ( Calc. will automatically determine if L route or Non-L )
* 31H was showing as 30H - Fixed
* Changed time entry to MM:SS or MMM:SS
* Tried to match PO calculators rounding up
* With Pay calcs. had  error in totals  if user used Copy & Paste ( for entire column) in items 11-20 -Fixed

I was wondering why I was supposed to be making 51k .  I sure don't!
48K ready to split apart.  Thank God for the count, but I'm afraid I may lose "2" yrs.

Actually the calculator is basing the evaluation on the number of days of count so far.So if you volume has been heavy you will get a huge evaluation at the start. It will go down as volume, time and averages catch up.
For example,last year after 4 days I was a 48k.After 2 weeks, ended up being a 43k.
So far I'm getting killed and my evaluation is also a 51k.I know this volume won't continue-so I take these
initial numbers with a dose of reality.

I have spent all day downloading Excel trial version to run the calculator.  Finally got done installing, downloaded the calculator excel w/pay.  It tells me it can't open because by virus scanner has detected a problem.  Anyone else having this issue?  I have turned my virus protection off, and updated it, still no luck.

There is no problem with the calculators. Maybe delete the calculator. Then download it again.
Have you tried any of the other calculators?
As a last resort I would install Open Office. It's a nice productivity suite. And it's free.

The USPS vehicle time wont add in on the With-Pay.ods calculator.  At first I wasn't capitalizing the Yes or No for either of the mail withdrawl or the USPS vehicle.  I went back and capitalized the entries and the withdrawl time added in but the USPS vehicle time still wont.  Is it a problem on my end?  Someone give it a try and report back plaese.

As a matter of fact, the USPS vehicle time wont add in on the Without-Pay.ods either.  The 30 min allowance shows up on the worksheet (line 46) but it does not add in to the total evaluation at the end. I can enter or remove it and see the reflection on line 46 of the evaluation page but the actions do not change the total on line 49.

It is working in the Excel version, you might want to try it out.

John I found the problem . Here it is with the fix.
For those with USPS vehicles, the calculator was not correct if you had 30 for you allowance( route mileage of 22.22 miles or less). If it showed up on the Evaluation sheet over 30 minutes the calculation is fine.

Thank you for the feedback. It helps me fix problems with the spreadsheet. Can't test it on just my route. It seems the text in formulas had to be adjusted with the new version of Open Office.

Have updated all of the calculators on page 1.

Frozen, I have started on a MS Works calc, but I am not the best at spreadsheets..

I havent been able to finish it...  Do you have Works?  or a way where if you dont
mind maybe finish it out for me..

A lot of people have older systems with Works... I have received several requests
for it..

Or if Frozen doesnt, can I send it to someone else to finish it out?

Thanks for all the works and support on the calcs Frozen....  You have no idea
how much you have helped...

Also, when you update the current calcs and post them here, I always update
them on my site, so they should be the most current posted on the mail count page...

I'm sorry, don't have works. I know it's a large download, but Open Office should work on most computers.
Sure let others convert it if they choose.

I think there is also an error for Column 21-Carrier Pick-up request. They are supposed to be 90 seconds for each one, but I had 13 the first week and it only calculated 9.75. It should be 19.5 minutes.
