True, it is a research project. The target users are musicians who have
their hands full and would like opeartion to be hands-free, but I also
believe it could help the visually impaired.

Thanks for the good idea. I had already thought of voice-to-text-labels
(although the AddLabel command would need to accept a string)
but I had not thought of analyzing sound files for transcription.
I believe that it could be done using the .NET toolbox, but it would be
only for Windows, until an equivalent ASR technology for Linux
and the Mac could be utilized.
