You can sen your translated files to Buanzo (
buanzo@...). He
has access to the CVS and can kindly publish it to you. But try to send
him a PO file with a good part of the job done, since once published,
the file is available online. Then, untill you finish translating a
whole page, it will appear for the viewers as half translated, half in
english.
A good way to work around that is to translate page by page (guide your
effort by the webpages displayed in your browser) instead of message by
message as it appear on the PO file. I.e. first translating all the
messages that appear in the homepage, than the ones in the download,
and so on. That way you minimize such effect.
