YOUR IDEA OR CHANGE mailcounts should be random just like the city carriers have theirs done.
WHY DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT we are all sitting ducks when the "service" lines us all up together to shoot at, in the slowest month of the year anyway. At least if they were done randomly most of us would probably miss their shots because we would not all be lumped together as one big target.
Never doubt that a small, group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.
