RDT dependency patch

Here's a short patch that adds the RDT dependency to
Photon.

Also in the news today, is the fact that the two main JRuby developers have been hired by Sun to work on it full time.  I think it's becoming obvious that Ruby is a good choice for scripting the Marketcetera platform.
