How do I find out which post offices are in need of subs? And would I be able to use my own vehicle even if they have LLVs

i don't know what state u r in, but i do know that cypress, texas is an office that is gowing fast and needs rca's real bad.
As an rca it is easy to transfer to another station!!   All u need to do is talk to your postmaster and he postmaster at cypress and then they both agree. It is very quick. It is asy to transfer as an rca than waiting till u r a regular carier.  good luck
