I'm looking for help about ImageJ to quantify positive cells.
I'm working on liver section and immunohistochemistry labeling. I
would like to calculate the percentage of positive cells/total cells.
Could you hejp me to process at quantification of positive cells
(positive nucleus) for one staining and quantification of total cells
(positive + negative).
