As an experienced web developer, you have been involved in the development of a number of MVC applications. You are familiar with web application frameworks and competent in at least two web programming languages(python/PHP/open source).
You can identify and implement the attributes of good application design. Your design choices are clearly and intelligently motivated. Your expertise makes you an important contributor in your team's peer review processes. You have been involved in mentoring junior developers or are an active member of the open source community.

deliver flexible solutions that will accommodate real world scope creep
develop solutions, as problems or issues arise, through a project
