Project settings questions

Sorry for all the questions but...I'll ask anyway.

I'm using Version = EiffelStudio 6 (6.5.8.524 GPL Edition - windows).

I set up a project with "full class checking", "types attached by default", "Complete void safety", and "Standard syntax".  I included two libraries one of mine set up the same and base-safe.ecf.  In the project settings dialog when I look at the base library settings "Void safety" and "Syntax" are blank.  And for the precompile of base-safe.ecf full class checing, attached by default are False.  What does that mean?

I believe these settings are set inside the library itself and aren't
changeable when you include them from another project.

Yes that would seem logical.  It would be nice if the setting were displayed in the dialog and changes disabled.  No values in the settings leave me questioning what is really happening.

This is clearly something we need to do. Do you mind posting a feature request at
