Hello,

I just realized that the "docs to be reviewed" portlet I get in my plone.org
dashboard pulls in products, not just documents. So, the simpleconsultoria
product, http://plone.org/products/collective.ui.ie6nomore, is actually
documentation associated with the project, not documentation that doesn't
belong in the docs/ area. My apologies, just ignore my last email about
this.

However, I'd love it if we could have a portlet that shows documentation
awaiting approval separate from products awaiting approval (esp. since the
portlet header implies it's just documentation).

Thanks,

- Veda

I agree, and btw, does product documentation need editor approval at
all? I think it shouldn't, so it wouldn't appear in the review portlet.

I guess that we could create a collection portlet that looks for items
under plone.org/documentation in the workflow state "awaiting review".

I don't think product documentation needs approval, though I did clean up a
few things here and there while approving the products themselves. As SteveM
says, just a sanity check here should be sufficient.

There is also a portlet in your personal dashboard for seeing items awaiting
review, but it includes documentation AND products. I'd rather those two be
broken out, but that's just a personal preference.
