Problem with Picture

Hi There,

I have just downloaded my first film from you (Hancock) and the sound seems to come through fine but the picture won't come through (it's just lots of colours swirling around)when using windows medis player. What programme would you suggest to use to play the film and also what is the best programme to use to burn the file to a DVD.

Hi There,

Trying to burn the film to DvD using Convertxtodvd as mentioned in another post but am having some real problems with it, first one said had burnt but had nothing on disk, second one the picture kept jumping whilst watching the film. Can you advise of another programme that I could use?
