not exactly sure what you mean with your question; but I guess the answer is
yes, we have implemented the CSW/ebRIM interface in GeoNetwork. So you can
use it for querying, using requests in CSW/ebRIM format.
Note, though, that it is not yet in GeoNetwork's trunk, so if you want it
you'll need to get it from the 3.0.x branch. You can do that by pointing an
SVN client to
https://geonetwork.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/geonetwork/sandbox/3.0.x.
