How many of us have good posture?
IT was one of the things highlighted on the pain management course and the physios at Rehab are always going on about core muscles.
The last week or so it seems to have sunk in and I am making an active attempt to correct my posture. The downside is that I'm not very good at coordinating muscle groups and if I have one group tensed, the whole of me is tense I hope that the aches and discomfort ease as I get used to it.
Slouching is so much easier........(I think that is called being Lazy).
How do any of you get on with the old posture thing?

I know what you mean but I figure that your back and chest has all these muscles that we don't use correctly, if we could build them up slowly it will all fall into place.
I've just corrected my posture but it's been terrible most of the day as I had pain elsewhere and couldn't face the discipline of correcting myself.
Some days you can only do so much.
