I have had the same problem lately with two of the issues of the Poi
tracker itself:

two issues specifically and that has helped.

This might mean that fewer people will submit bug reports as they are
then required to create an account on plone.org. (But when submitting
a new issue you need to fill in an email address anyway.)
But since it keeps spammers away this would be acceptable to me.
