This FAQ
http://plone.org/documentation/faq/plone-backup-move/?searchterm=data.fs does not take account Zope product caching and leads to broken Plone
sites. See this bug report:
https://dev.plone.org/plone/ticket/8393#comment:1 Maybe the caching has been added after creating the FAQ.
The corrective action is to tell "clear the product management screen" in
layman's terms after moving data.fs.
