#1347: some actions take ages

With the new Plone site, some actions now take ages. The two actions that
I experienced this with today are: logging in, and submitting a comment
(in the current case, to
http://plone.org/documentation/manual/upgrade- guide/talkback/1240332720). I click on the respective submit button and
see that the browser sits there, waiting for a server response that does
not come, or at least not within, say, two minutes. I have to re-try the
submit action several times to succeed.
