#1346: Custom 500 error page missing after server transfer

When encountering errors from xdv/deliverance, we used to show a custom
HTTP 500 error page. This page also sent a request to Google Analytics,
which allowed us to monitor which pages were failing, and fix them.
After moving the plone.org server to SFU, this seems to be gone.
Laurence Rowe (CCed) should know where it is and how it works, if you
can't find it. :)
