When I have a problem, I first search for an existing bug to possibly
augment the problem description, or otherwise contribute to that bug. I
also report new bugs. I'd like to find the former, possibly together with
the latter, by using a canned query instead of having to do my own
bookkeeping about which bugs I am somehow involved with. I'd also like to
automtically be put on Cc for all emails regarding such bugs (don't know
if I am, though).
