Plone 3.3.rc2 problem: changing alingning.after updating

Hi

After updating Plone 3.2. to version 3.3.rc2 there happend some
unexpected changings:
without having changed anything in the css-styles the alinging of the
Content Views and the stx Table turned from default left to right and
other things are aligned to the wrong side. For instance a Viewlet with
a absolute position drifts now to the right too.
When I chose the site language "Deutsch" the ui language remains english.

Does anybody know, why this happens?

Could you please report this to https://dev.plone.org/plone/newticket 
choosing 3.3 as Milestone and attach screenshots?

  I have the same problem. The bug is reported as
