Photo success!!

I'm so pleased I've just had one of my photos accepted as for the 'Images of Goole' project It's not even a good photo  and it's not one that I even like very much but the judges liked it. The judges were the photographers for the local newspapers and I suppose they wanted specific examples of the town and mine shows part of the Mariners Memorial Garden. I'll try and upload it...

Who's a daft I'm  using the computer - not the laptop, where all the photos are stored I'll post it later. I was just sooo chuffed I didn't think

As I said - it's not a good photo - it's not set exactly right - but I reckon that they were looking for the subject, rather than how well it was taken

Itt'll be going up on billboards - with my name on it -where they're building the new Arts Centre. Total waste of money - 'cos all they really wanted was the new Council Offices that are included - they just wanted them funded. They're having a photocall of all the winners next week and it'll be in the local papers
