There are three pages in the developers handbook that were useful at one
point but are no longer needed. Is it best to delete these pages? Should
we keep the URL functioned but remove them from the developers handbook?
In their current form the pages detract somewhat from the useful
information in the developers handbook.
The first page is "Compile instructions (Windows - MinGW) - 0.9.4" which
is superseded by the simpler instructions for SVN trunk.

"Regressions in 0.9.4 prereleases". The pages are dated to previous
releases and their function is now superseded by the issue tracker.
